1. Choosing Your Courses
Before preparing your Learning Agreement, you must first review the official course offer for Erasmus students for the year (2026-2027) you will be in Sofia University.
When selecting your courses:
- Choose courses from the official course list available on the Erasmus website.
- Choose courses from the correct academic year you will be in Sofia University.
- Select at least two courses from your Host Faculty (the faculty specified in your “Start of Application” email from the Incoming Team).
- You may choose additional courses from other faculties depending on availability and interest.
- Make sure the course code, title, and ECTS credits match exactly the information listed on the website.
❗ Courses that are not listed on the official course list cannot be accepted and will not appear in your Transcript of Records.
*only students from the Faculty of Slavic Studies can chose unlisted courses
2. Preparing the Learning Agreement
Learning Agreements should normally be prepared through the Online Learning Agreement (OLA)/ Mobility Online/MoveOn platforms depending on what your university uses.
If your university does not use the OLA/Mobility Online/MoveOn platform, you may exceptionally use a PDF Learning Agreement template (Paper-based Learning Agreement) provided by your university or Sofia University.
Important instructions:
- Fill in the document electronically (not handwritten).
- Complete only the “Before Mobility” section at this stage.
- Make sure the course codes are correct.
- Make sure that the course names are correct.
- Make sure that the ECTS credits are correct.
- Ensure that all course details are correct before requesting signatures.
3. Contacts to Include in the Learning Agreement

The Incoming Team will send you an email with the exact details you must include.

The Learning Agreement must be signed by:
- You (the student)

The final signature from Sofia University will be added after the application documents have been reviewed and accepted.
