Incoming Students – Step by Step Guide

Please follow the steps below to prepare and complete your mobility at Sofia University.
Note: You should start these steps only after the Incoming Team has sent you the information about your faculty and faculty coordinator (Start of Application Email).


1️⃣ Application Deadlines

Winter semester/Full academic year
15 June

Summer semester
15 November

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

2️⃣ Application Documents

Prepare all required application documents after receiving the Start of Application Email.

Start by preparing your Learning Agreement before mobility.

3️⃣ After Application

Once your application is approved, you will receive your official Acceptance Letter by email.

Complete all pre-departure tasks, including EHIC submission, ID check, and embassy notification.
