Before travelling to Sofia, please make sure you complete the following steps to ensure a smooth start to your mobility:
- Send a copy of your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or other valid health insurance covering the entire duration of your stay.
- If you are not an EU citizen you have to send a copy of your visa to the Incoming Team or your individual coordinator.
- Check that your passport or national ID is valid for the full mobility period.
- Check that the start date of your Bulgarian type D visa is before the start date of your mobility.
- Inform your embassy or consulate in Bulgaria, if applicable.
- Bring 4 passport-size photos for administrative purposes.
