1. Arrival & Start of Mobility
- Template: Use the arrival certificate from your home university, and attach your travel tickets or other proof of arrival.
- Fill in: Complete all required information, including your Arrival date.
- Arrival dates – no earlier than:
- EU citizens: 23 Sep 2025/09 February 2026
- Non-EU citizens: 23 Sep 2025/14 February 2026
- Arrival date cannot be before the date of your travel tickets
- Winter semester students – dates below
- Supporting documents: Attach tickets, boarding passes, or other proof of travel.
- Submission: Complete the form and click Submit.
- Processing: Certificates will be signed and returned starting from 17 February 2026.
- Upload form: Arrival to Sofia – summer semester – Fill out form
2. Departure & End of Mobility
- Template: Use your university’s departure certificate template, or your initial arrival certificate if it has a “departure” section.
- Fill in: Complete all required information, including your departure date.
- Departure deadlines:
- All students: No later than 13 Feb 2026/03 July 2026
- Departure date cannot be later than your travel tickets and 13 Feb 2026/03 July 2026.
- Winter semester students – dates below
- Supporting documents: Attach tickets, boarding passes, or other proof of travel.
- Submission: Complete the form and click Submit.
- Processing: Certificates will be signed starting – winter semester – ongoing /TBD July 2026.
- Upload form: Departure from Sofia – Fill out form
3. Special Instructions for Certain Non-EU Students
Students from the following countries will be contacted by their individual coordinators for their certificates (if they need them) – Albania, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Uzbekistan
