Acceptance Letter

Once we receive all your application documents, they will be carefully reviewed by the relevant faculty to ensure everything is complete and accurate.

The evaluation process usually takes 4–5 weeks after the application deadline. During this time, please be patient and make sure your contact information is correct so we can reach you without delay.

If your application is approved, you will receive an Acceptance Letter via email. This document confirms your participation and contains important details about your upcoming mobility.

Important information included in the Acceptance Letter:

  • Start and end dates of your mobility
  • Contact details of your host faculty or department
  • Next steps to complete your enrollment or registration
  • Instructions for submitting any remaining documents

Please do not purchase travel tickets or make any mobility-related expenses before receiving your Acceptance Letter. The letter is your official confirmation and protects you in case of changes to your mobility schedule.
